PIPPINS BBQ LOYALTY & REWARDS PROGRAM

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in, accessing, or using the Pippins BBQ Loyalty & Rewards Program (“Program”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.

2. Program Eligibility

The Program is available to individual customers who:

Are at least 18 years of age

Provide accurate and complete contact information

Maintain an active customer account in good standing

Participation in the Program is voluntary and free.

3. Earning Rewards

Participants may earn points, credits, punches, or similar rewards (“Rewards”) through qualifying purchases or eligible activities determined solely by Pippins BBQ LLC.

Rewards may be issued through:

In-store purchases

QR code check-ins

Digital punch cards

Email or SMS engagement

Special promotions or limited-time offers

Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be redeemed according to these Terms.

4. Redemption of Rewards

Rewards may only be redeemed for specific products, discounts, or benefits listed within the Program.

Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or cash equivalents.

Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, coupons, or special offers unless expressly stated by management.

Rewards may be subject to availability, blackout dates, or inventory limitations.

Pippins BBQ LLC reserves the right to require proof of identity at redemption.

Management reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value when necessary.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Abuse Prevention

To protect the integrity of the Program, the following are strictly prohibited:

Creating multiple accounts to earn additional Rewards

Sharing or transferring Rewards between individuals

Submitting fraudulent or altered receipts

Attempting to manipulate or exploit the Rewards system

Misrepresenting personal information

Harassing staff regarding reward eligibility

If abuse or fraud is suspected, Pippins BBQ LLC may:

Suspend or terminate the participant’s account

Void accumulated Rewards

Deny redemptions

Ban the participant from future promotions

Pursue legal remedies if necessary

All decisions regarding Program abuse are final.

6. Modifications, Suspension, or Termination

Pippins BBQ LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. This includes the right to:

Adjust point or reward values

Change earning or redemption criteria

Modify available rewards

Discontinue the Program entirely

If the Program is terminated, unused Rewards may expire and will not be converted into cash or credit.

7. Communications & Notifications

By participating in the Program, you consent to receive communications from Pippins BBQ LLC via email, SMS, or phone, including:

Reward updates

Promotional offers

Program announcements

Redemption confirmations

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Opting out may limit your ability to receive Program updates or benefits.

For SMS messages:

Message frequency may vary.

Standard message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

8. Data Usage & Privacy

Participation in the Program is governed by the Pippins BBQ LLC Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

9. Receipts & Proof of Purchase

Some Rewards may require proof of purchase.

A valid receipt must:

Originate from Pippins BBQ LLC

Include date and purchase details

Match the participant’s account when applicable

Blurred, altered, duplicated, or unverifiable receipts will be rejected. Repeated submission of invalid receipts may result in account suspension.

10. Points & Reward Expiration

Unless otherwise stated:

Rewards expire 365 days after issuance

Expired Rewards cannot be reinstated

Accounts inactive for 365 consecutive days may forfeit accumulated Rewards

11. Limitation of Liability

Pippins BBQ LLC is not responsible for:

Lost or misdirected communications

Technical system failures

Reward unavailability due to inventory or scheduling

Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pippins BBQ LLC disclaims liability for damages arising from participation in the Program.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Georgia.
